Day 1 Nairobi to Kericho

You will be picked up by our tour driver guide from the airport/ hotel briefed and departs for Kericho. We will check in time for lunch and relax for some few minutes before going for the game drive. Kericho is located in the highlands west of the Kenyan rift valley, kericho has a warm and temperate climate making it an ideal location for agriculture and in particular the large scale cultivation of tea. We will visit chagaik Arboretum where there are two beautiful families of the bamboo trees bearing hundreds of names of people who have visited the enclave. Later to the lodge as the day comes to an end

Day 2 full day in kericho tea plantations

After breakfast, proceed to the tea plantations with a picnic lunch break. In our tour to the tea plantations we shall be taught how the tea is planted and also how it is harvested.  Growing of tea was used to be done from seeds that were re-planted; nowadays planting of tea is basically by taking cuttings from selected plants. Return to the lodge as darkness sets

Day 3 kericho to Nairobi

Breakfast at the lodge, enroute game drive as you depart to Nairobi, arrive and be transferred to your hotel/airport for a departure back home.
