Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Ruma National Park

Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi,  Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley and the lush countryside of western Kenya. Upon arrival at Ruma National Park around midday, check into your selected lodge or tented camp and have lunch.

After a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive, where you will encounter unique wildlife species such as the roan antelope, Jackson’s hartebeest, and Bohor reedbuck. The park is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, home to the rare blue swallow and African fish eagle. As the sun sets, return to your accommodation for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Safari & Return to Nairobi

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, the best time to spot predators such as leopards and hyenas in action. Enjoy the serene beauty of the park as you explore more of its diverse landscapes. After the drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out.
