2 Days Amboseli lodge luxury safari involves 2 days of intensive safari in the Amboseli National park .The two days will be spent exploring the park which pays homage to the most prolific wildlife including the big 5 which remains the biggest attraction in the park. Amboseli National park is commonly known as the home of the African elephant as it hosts a large number of elephants often seen walking in large herds around the park. One cannot visit the park and miss the beautiful sights of dust covered elephants walking around the park. At the park, you will also get the chance of viewing other animals including lion’s giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species that dot the magnificent park.

Day 1 Nairobi to Amboseli safari

You will be picked from your hotel/airport by a company representative followed by a briefing on the journey then the journey to Amboseli will begin. You will have a brief stopover before you continue with your journey to Amboseli. Upon arrival at Amboseli, you will have lunch at Kibo lodge, check in then have an afternoon game drive which will take you round the Amboseli. Amboseli National park is well known for its large herds of elephants’ which form a large population of the wildlife in the park. The elephants are a site to behold and are an important part of the ecosystem in Amboseli. You will also spot some of the members of the bi 5 including lions afterwards head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 day Amboseli National park to Nairobi

You will have an early day and after Breakfast, proceed for a morning game drive having carried packed lunch. The game drive will take you round the park where you will be able to spot many elephants walking in large herds hence the name home of African elephant   other animals to be spotted are large herds of giraffes and Gazelles roaming freely in the park without human interference. After the game drive head back to the lodge, check out then depart to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at the destination of your choice marking the end of the safari

Food

You will be provided with daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one liter of bottled water whilst on safari. The food on safari is delicious and ranges from simple to gourmet. You can expect lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and wonderful homemade soups. Chicken, lamb, beef, or pork are usually served at lunch and dinner as well fish and vegetarian dishes.

Breakfast is buffet with lots of tropical fruits, hot and cold cereals, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, breads and pastries, and eggs to order. Lunch can be either buffet or served at the table and always starts with soup. Dinner is usually a four or five course sit-down affair, although there is no need to dress up. Often your safari guide will join you at meals as you recall your day's events.
