DAY 1 NAIROBI-MAASAI MARA

Pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Maasai Mara by road. Arrival to Maasai Mara game reserve with an enroute game drive to the Mara Sopa lodge for check-in, in time for lunch in the late afternoon. Evening relaxation at the lodge with dinner and overnight stay..

DAY 2 FULL DAY GAME DRIVE IN THE RESERVE

Early morning breakfast in the lodge. Full day game drive to spot the Big Five and the dramatic Mara River Crossing of the wildebeest in action with the Crocodiles in the Mara River with picnic lunch in the bush which gives a great close-up-encounter with the savannah nature and smaller animals. Evening visit to the Mara local people who are known for their rich culture, ornaments, dances and crafts. Dinner at the lodge with a bonfire while listening to historical and cultural stories of the local communities. Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 3 FULL DAY IN MAASAI MARA

Early morning hot air balloon safari to have an aerial view of the wildlife, savannah and also take photos of the captivating sunrise. Relaxation at the hotel to enjoy its ammenites such as the pool and also socialize with fellow tourists. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon guided nature walks to explore the smaller plants, animals and watch the different bird species and the beautiful landscapes. Evening short meal. DAY 4 MAASAI MARA-LAKE NAIVASHA

Breakfast, check-out and departure from the Reserve for Lake Naivasha by road. Arrival and check-in at Lake Naivasha sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon scenic boat ride safari to see hippos, fish eagles, pelicans and other water birds. Evening visit to Cresent Island Game Sanctuary for a walking safari among zebras, giraffes, impalas and wildebeest. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 5 FULL DAY NAIVASHA

Breakfast at the lodge. Morning trip to Hell’s Gate National Park and cycle through the park to get a close-encounter with smaller animals. Stop over for lunch at a local hotel. Afternoon visit to the flower farm for a guided tour to learn flower preservation and also visit wineries for a guided tour around the vineyard followed by wine tasting. Dinner and overnight at the lodge .

DAY 6 NAIVASHA-LAKE NAKURU

Breakfast at the lodge, check-out and departure from the park. Arrival and check-in at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon bird watching to spot the flamingos, pelicans, herons, storks, eagles and over 400 bird species around the park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 7 FULL DAY IN LAKE NAKURU

Breakfast at the lodge. Full day game drive inside Lake Nakuru National Park to spot black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes. Picnic lunch inside the park. DAY 9 ARUSHA-NGORONGORO CRATER

DAY 10 DEPART FOR NAIROBI
