Full day excursion
This full day excursion will be spent at these beautiful scenic areas within Nairobi, Kenya. After breakfast, you shall be met by our tour guide; greetings and a short briefing about the safari.
You will be picked from your hotel at 8.30am and proceed to the Giraffe Centre. It is20 km away from Nairobi, it was set-up as a breeding centre for the Rothschild giraffe. It has an elevated feeding platform where visitors feed them and capture moments with them also, it is home for the warthogs.
Afterwards, we shall proceed to David Sheldrick Orphanage. It is located near Nairobi National Park. It is an orphanage for elephant calves and rhinos. The calves orphaned by poaching are brought here from all over the world. The orphanage is opened to public from 11am-12pm where they are being exercised and bathed as visitors watch.
On our way to Mamba village, we shall get some refreshments, a nature paradise spreading over 30 acres and famous for its crocodile farm that hosts over 70 Nile crocodiles. The maasai ostriches can be spotted as well and visitors come into direct contact and given an opportunity to feed these birds.
We shall have lunch afterwards as we relax. Later on, you will be dropped to your hotel to freshen up and have optional activities i.e. swimming
