Enjoy a nice breakfast then depart for a full day of game viewing in the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, complete with a picnic lunch. You will descend some 610 meters into the crater floor, which is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the country. Its residents include giant savanna elephants, spotted hyenas, wild dogs, Burchell’s zebras, and prides of lions among many others.

The crater is the largest free-standing caldera in the world, measuring some 10 kilometers in diameter. The scenery is breathtaking and amazing. Later on, drive back to your lodge to freshen up. Enjoy dinner and another overnight stay at the Ngorongoro Farm House, or a similar accommodation.
