6 Days Maasai Mara lake Naivasha lodge safari

This 6 days fantastic safari will take us through the savannah plains of the Maasai Mara where it will give guest an opportunity to see the big five. Also it will feature the Great Rift Valley where you will have a chance to explore Lake Naivasha, Mt.longonot and the hells gate.

Day 1: Nairobi-maasai Mara

Depart from Nairobi we drive south along the floor of rift valley with a pit stop at the view point for breath taking views of rift valley you may decide to take photos and buy some souvenirs. Thereafter we proceed with our journey where the next stop is at Narok town for our lunch. Narok town is a Maasai town known for most beautiful curios ever. Arrive Maasai Mara later afternoon and enjoy our first thrilling game drive till night. Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 2: Maasai Mara full explore

The day kicks off with pre breakfast game drive back to the camp for full breakfast leave with packed lunch for a full explore in the park.masaai Mara is a typical open savannah with mass of amazing wildlife during our game drive you will frequent see amount of wildlife such as bamboos, warthogs bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, impala, zebra wildebeest giraffe among others. You may also have a chance to see lion either basking or surveying the plains in search of meal. Depending on the time of the day you may also see leopard and cheetah. We will have our lunch at the picnic site under the bushes while listening to the beautiful chorus of different bird’s species in the park. Later in the day there is dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Maasai Mara full day

Early morning game viewing in the rolling hills and woodlands of the park. Where you will have the opportunity of spotting the BIG 5 including lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos and buffaloes. will have an option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend the entire whole day in the park. You will also have the option visit to local Masai village or have hot air balloon trips which are outstanding way of seeing the savannah plains teeming with wildlife. All meals and overnight stay at a Campsite

Day 4: Maasai Mara-naivasha

Early morning game drive, back to the lodge for full breakfast later we depart to Lake Naivasha. We will arrive early enough for lunch at the budget lodge, relaxing while having afternoon bird. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 5: full day Lake Naivasha

After breakfast we leave with packed lunch to hells gate. This is the only park where visitors are allowed to ride the bicycle. On your way you will see wild animals like antelopes, impala, zebras, buffaloes, and giraffe among others. Since it is a very open place the buffaloes tend to hide under the shades and the rest of the wild animals can only be seen in a long close distance because of the park nature. You will enjoy your packed lunch at the picnic place during which you can see bamboos and monkeys. Then you leave your bicycles at the picnic place so that you can enter the beautiful gorges of the hells gates (optional). Later in the day you proceed with hiking at Mt.longonot that offers spectacular view of Lake Naivasha. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha-Nairobi

After breakfast with packed lunch we proceed to Lake Naivasha where there are activities like boat riding from the Lake to Crescent Island (optional) is offered. You will be able to see hippos, flamingoes,buffaloes,waterbuck and many birds among them eagles thereafter we start journey back to Nairobi. Arriving late evening marks the end of our safari.
