Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve

You will be picked by our tour  guide at the airport with a short briefing and after depart for the 6 Days Samburu, Aberdare, and Amboseli National Park and travel by road to Kenya’s northern frontier. Wild and rugged, Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Ewaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator, from the reticulated giraffe to Grevy’s zebras and beisa oryxes.

Day 2: Samburu National Reserve

Dawn breaks in golden bands as you start your day in the bush by scanning the river from your tent’s veranda with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. Before the dew is off the grass, you’re off in pursuit of the elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that thrive in the reserve’s grasslands and acacia woodlands. And so the day is spent in alternating pursuits of exploration in the bush and relaxation in your lodge.

Day 3: Samburu - Aberdare

This morning, you will depart Samburu and proceed south to The Ark Lodge or Serena Mountain Lodge. Nestled in the foothills of Aberdare and Mount Kenya National Park, the lodge is famous for its high perches and balconies, overlooking a salt lick and waterhole. Boasting a remarkable record of wildlife sightings from their floodlit waterhole’s and salt licks, here you will enjoy the finest in high-altitude game viewing

Day 4: Aberdare - Amboseli National Park

This morning, you will depart your tree lodge and drive through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of elephant. A spectacular game run en route is planned. Following a delicious lunch, you will set off for another spectacular game drive. Amboseli is a big game country for lion, cheetah, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and giraffe. The afternoon game run is planned to introduce you to intense beauty and drama that fill each day here. Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, can be seen from all the lodges that will be used.

Day 5: Amboseli National Park

This morning, you will rise early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit and you will set off for a game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from wildebeest to giraffes to baboons. A visit to a Maasai Village is planned after breakfast.

Midday finds you at your lodge for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another game drive. Amboseli is home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen. Maasai warriors are famous and are proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals which are known across the world.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park to Nairobi

After an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge, you will return by road to Nairobi to your hotel. This ends of your 6 Days Samburu, Aberdare, and Amboseli National Park.
