4 days lake nakuru, lake baringo luxury lodge safari

4 days/ 3 nights great of luxury safari ~Lake Nakuru ~Lake Baringo is a vacation holiday in Kenya to one of the beautiful lakes of the Great Rift Valley.

Lake Nakuru is well known for the breeding grounds of the both greater and lesser flamingos as well as a sanctuary for the white and black rhinos and other animals like; lions, buffalos, warthogs, zebras and leopards.

Lake Baringo is a fresh-waters lake which has a high population of hippos and crocodiles as well as other animals like; greater kudu, grants gazelle and zebras. Some of the activities that take place are fishing, skiing surfing, boat riding and wildlife watching.

Day 1-Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, you are met by our tour guide where a short briefing is done. Afterwards we depart for Lake Nakuru national park driving along the floor of The Great Rift Valley and having a stopover at the view point where you can take a couple of pictures.

Arrive in Lake Nakuru in time for lunch where we shall check-in at our respective lodge and lunch will be served. Followed by a few hours of leisure as we prepare for our first evening games drive in the park.

Before sunset, we return to our lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2-Discover Lake Nakuru

The entire day will be spent in the park having the mornings and afternoon’s games drive. The full day excursion gives you the opportunity to observe the world renowned flamingos as well as other animals like buffalos, rhinos, giraffes and baboons.

We have our picnic lunch at leisure and a short game drives until late in the evenings and return to our lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3-Lake Nakuru to Lake Baringo

After breakfast, we depart for Lake Baringo which is renowned for the bird watching location in Kenya, with over 470 bird species. You will also get a chance to cross the equator on our way to Lake Baringo. We shall have lunch at one of the lodges as agreed. The lake is a habitat many animal species i.e. hippos, crocodiles, greater kudu, grants gazelle and zebras with optional visits at the Pokot villages and the Ol Lokwe island which has natural hot springs.

Before sunset, we shall return to our lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

 Day 4-Lake Baringo to Nairobi

We shall have our breakfast at the lodge. Afterwards go for a boat riding as well as bird watching then depart for Nairobi arriving at late afternoon and the safari ends when you are dropped to your respective hotel.
