This is a short safari featuring Masai Mara National Reserve. The safari departs Nairobi in the morning and involves a drive down to the floor of the Rift Valley, making a stop at view point to see the escarpment and the awesome sight of the valley and the features there in. 3 days Masai Mara safaris offers the traveler a superb experience of spectacular wildlife, the Masai people, the Big Cats and wildebeest migration. This 3 days safari accommodation will be at Mara Sopa lodge, located high on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills, near the Ololamutiek Gate .Masai Mara Sopa Lodge was one of the first safari lodges to be built in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.

Day 1: Nairobi-Masai Mara
Pick up from your hotel and drive across the Rift Valley down to the Maasai Mara. Arrive in time for lunch and thereafter an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge. The Masai Mara National Reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife reserve. Everything about this reserve is outstanding. The wildlife is abundant .Birds, too, are prolific. Including migrants, well over 450 species have been recorded.
Day 2: Explore the Masai Mara Game Reserve
A full day of incredible wildlife experience awaits you with a morning and afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve with the following wildlife viewing opportunities. Thomson’s and Grant's gazelle, Topi and Eland and many more species of plains' game offer a rich choice of food for the dominant predators; lion, leopard and cheetah which hunt in this pristine wilderness. Enjoy your picnic lunch at Mara river hippo pool while watching the hippo that submerges at the approach of people and vehicles and crocodile sunbathing at the river banks with mouth agape, waiting with subtle cunning for prey at which to strike with lightning swiftness. Optional visit to the Masai village to have a glimpse of their culture Complete the day with dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve-Nairobi
Early morning wake-up call organized to undertake, sadly a final morning game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve returning to your safari lodge for breakfast. Check out from your accommodation and drive to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi transfer to your city hotel or airport.
